(2) Brief Instruction of Machine
Machine "Superior Coil Inserting Machine for Fan Motors Winding Insertion" is used for inserting winded coils and wedge insulation to stator slots automatically at one time. After finish coils winding, the coils will be in transfer cup orderly. Operators just need to put the transfer cup with coils into the inserting tooling and start the inserting machine, which will form, cut and insert wedge paper together with coils automatically at one time.
Operators need to stand when operating.
