This stator production line includes several machines, such as paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, coil winding inserting machine, wedge preparing machine, and forming machine. Each machine in this stator production line is stand-alone, meanwhile, it can also be connected with conveyor.

2.The working process will be as following.

Stator paper inserting----coil winding---wedge preparing--coil inserting----coil forming----final forming.

Stator paper inserting machine is used ti insert paper into stator slot. The paper forming, inserting, and cutting process are all done by machine. The forming mould can adjust according to different stator size.

Stator coil winding machine, it can wind coils into the winding form. Winding mode, such as auto skip, auto cutting and auto indexing could be completed at a time successively, parameter could be set in human-machine interface.

The wedge forming and cutting machine is suitable for stators which need to do wedge inserting. It firtly cuts the wedge as per the pre-set lenght, then it will do the forming process. The cutting length and forming effect can be adjusted.

This type of stator coil inserting machine can insert coil and wedge or coil and wedge in the mid of slot into stator at a time. Every machine we supply gives the option to program for the stator parameter. It has a horizontal structure and adopts Mitsubishi AC servo motor and pneumatic element system drive. It si controlled by PLC and equipped with X and Y spindle auto feeding device. It can automatically insert coil and wedge into stator slot simultaneously.


The forming machine is suitable for big power stator, long stack length stator(deep-well pump stator) or other big dimension stator. It is horizontal type with a auto slider. Stator can be moved by lifting device. Tooling adopts flexible principles of inner expansion, outer wrapping and edge forming. It is controlled by PLC. The parameter can be set in the HMI.
