2.2Kw Stator Winding Machine , Stator Coil Winding Machine for Tubular Motor
1. The magnetic switch on the cylinder body and the proximity switches on the machine don't need to be adjusted.
2. Don't impact, knock, pierce or press the PLC touching screen and the frame with big force.
3. Don't shake, rotate the PLC touching screen fixing box with big force, also it should be free of great vibration.
4. Keep the touch-screen and the fixing box clean, free of water, oil, dust, or corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, and avoid direct sunlight.
5. Keep machine away from the transformers, high voltage power supply equipment which with strong electromagnetic radiation.

(2) The operation steps of this machine
Production efficiency of this machine
Around 1000pcs/8 hours,it is only a rough idea, depends on the armature slots number and turn number.
Load armature on the shuttle manually, press START button,shuttle will deliver the armature to the winding position, and automatic winding, indexing and wire cutting,after completing, the shuttle will take out the finished armature from winding position, operator unload the finished armature, one cycle is completed.
(3) Machine Main function and Characteristic
Winding tooling: each machine has one set winding tooling and three vertical winding forms.
The whole set of tooling can be changed, and it takes about 15min.
The turntable is two stations structure. It adopts servo system to rotate and index transfer form.
Allow three wires winding simultaneously.
Main spindle is controlled by servo motor. The coil turn number accuracy is ±1 turn.
The working rotation speed can be set . Machine has no distinct vibration and noise.
Free of enamel damage and wire snap. Once the copper wire is run out, machine will automatically stop.
PLC can set turn number, winding speed, tooling sunk height, tooling sunk speed and winding direction.
X andY spindle of wire hooker and wire cutter adopts servo system. It can adjust the length of bridge wire and lead wire.
Tooling sunk adopts servo system. The max segment number of tooling sunk is 6.
