Product Description

Auto Double Sides Motor Stator Coil Winding Machine ISO / SGS Audit

 

This coil lacer is mainly used to do stator end coil lacing. It has only one needle, therefore, it can only lace single side each time.

This stator winding lacing machine is suitable for stator coil to do automatic lacing.Each machine is PLC controlled with an inverter drive and can be fully programmed to suit different stator slot configurations. The lacing type, like slot by slot lacing, intercal lacing, and fancy lacing could be achieved by setting in human-machine interface. The wokring process, such as single-needle and single-side automatic lacing; needle transpositioning, hooking, are all controlled by servo system. Stator is loaded on this coil lacing machine vertically.

Applications:
This machine is suitable for stator used in induction motor industry. This lacing manchine is especially applied to multi sizes, low output or more lead stator winding lacing.
