- Tooling change takes approximately 15 minutes
- Two-station turntable with servo system rotation and index transfer
- Capable of three-wire simultaneous winding
- Servo motor controlled main spindle with ±1 turn accuracy
- Adjustable working rotation speed with minimal vibration and noise
- Automatic stop when copper wire runs out
- PLC control for turn number, speed, tooling height, and winding direction
- Servo system for X and Y spindle of wire hooker and cutter
