This machine is primarily designed for winding 2-pole stators, completing one stator per cycle to significantly enhance production efficiency. It features automatic loading and mold removal to reduce labor intensity. The winding process supports tapping (up to 5 times) and clamping functions, with adjustable fly fork lever stroke and pivot angle. The frame is constructed from total aluminum alloy with anodic oxidation treatment and features imported acrylic protection. Electrical control is managed by PLC, display, and frequency converter for safe and reliable operation.
Machine Main Function and Characteristics
- Double-station automatic vertical winding machine with two-station turntable structure
- Servo system for rotation and index transfer
- Precisely winds coils onto forklike flywheel for efficient transfer to coil inserter
- Includes one set winding tooling with three vertical winding forms
- Full tooling change capability (approximately 15 minutes)
- Servo-controlled main spindle with ±1 turn accuracy
- PLC control for turn number, winding speed, tooling sunk height/speed, and winding direction
- Servo-controlled X/Y spindle wire hooker and cutter for adjustable bridge/lead wire length
- Supports simultaneous winding of two wires
- Dynamic display of turns, failure causes, and position self-check
- Automatic stop when copper wire runs out
