Operation Process
Approximate production capacity: 1000 pieces/8 hours (varies based on armature slots and turn number).
1. Operator manually loads armature onto shuttle
2. Press START button initiates automatic process
3. Shuttle delivers armature to winding position
4. Machine performs automatic winding, indexing, and wire cutting
5. Shuttle returns finished armature
6. Operator unloads completed armature
Machine Features
Winding Tooling: Each machine includes one set of winding tooling with three vertical winding forms (changeover time ≈15min)
Turntable: Two-station structure with servo-controlled rotation and indexing
Multi-wire Capability: Simultaneous winding of up to three wires
Precision Control: Servo-controlled main spindle ensures ±1 turn accuracy
Adjustable Parameters: PLC controls turn number, speed, tooling height/speed, and winding direction
Wire Management: Servo-controlled X/Y spindles for precise bridge/lead wire adjustment
Safety Features: Automatic stop when wire runs out; no enamel damage or wire snap
Tooling Sunk: Servo-controlled with maximum 6 segments
