(1) Main Features of Double Sides Stator Coil Lacing Machine

A. It has turntable with two stations, one for lacing, one for loading/unloading;

B. Adopting two needles to lace both sides of stator winding coils automatically;

C. Adopting PLC control system to control the servo motors of seven spindles;

D. Main spindle, stator indexing and both needles oscillation are driven by servo motors;

E. The adjustment of both coil end height is automatic by servo control, adjusting range 19~60mm;

F. Adjustment of stack height is automatic by servo control;

G. The separated type tooling design;

H. With the function of fault diagnosis;

I. Can do lacing slot by slot, interval slot, skip slot or fancy lacing;

J. Equipped with automatic feeding, cutting and tightening mechanism;

K. Designed with tension structure to adjust the tightening degree of lacing;

L. String hooking, burning and knotting is automatic;

M. Auto lubrication system is optioinal;
