Operation Process
Production efficiency averages approximately 1000 pieces per 8-hour shift, varying based on armature slots and turn count. The automated process begins with manual armature loading onto the shuttle. Upon pressing START, the shuttle delivers the armature to the winding position where automatic winding, indexing, and wire cutting occur. After completion, the shuttle removes the finished armature, and the operator unloads it to complete the cycle.
