Adopting industrial PLC control and full hydraulic driving system, it integrates 180° automatic flipping structure to complete upper and lower coil end forming in one single clamping cycle. Supporting 20–160mm stator stack height and 8–48 slot specifications, the machine achieves inner expansion and outer wrapping integrated shaping to unify coil end height, outer diameter and overall gap tolerance.
