Equipped with two winding stations and two winding heads, which can wind 2 group coils at one time automatically. Operator need to unload coils manually. Two stations are working separately so that operator can work continuously, one is winding and the other one can be unloaded.

Machine "Double Stations & Winding Heads Copper Wire Rolling / Stator Winding Machine" is used for winding electric wires to the winding tools automatically and orderly. It's special for double separate work stations.

Operators need to unload the coils by manual while it's easy to repair with low cost if happens with faults.

2. Two stations can work individually, while one is at operation, the other can be unloaded, which is characterized by less intermittent time, higher utilization ratio and output.

5. Automatic cut, re-clamp and start can be set by optional controller.

6. Tooling loaded/unloaded manually.

7. Can be equipped with an optional through-sleeve device.

8. It has various kinds of operate mode, such as multilayer tapped winding, slot-hopping winding, multi-wire winding, automatic insulated sleeve assembly, etc. are available.

9. It is mainly applied to coil winding for three phase motor, generator motor and deep pump motor.
