The horizontal single side stator winding lacing machine adopts industrial PLC, human-computer interface and horizontal frame-structure design. The servo system machine accurately controls the lacing action. Different lacing methods such as slot-by-slot lacing, interval lacing and fancy lacing are programmable. This machine is suitable for large stators with high winding over-hang. The movable tooling allows for fast stator loading and unloading, effectively reducing labor requirements.
