1. The CID-6 offers semi-automatic linear stator handling and simultaneous forming of both end turns.
2. The SCI-16 uses our unique roll form wedgemaking system which reduces the working height and
cost of these long toolings.
3.The CIH-12 features automatic stack adjust and wedge notching. The forming bullet extends and retracts to reduce the handling time.and give flexibility for expanding inner shoe endturn forming. Optional O.D.end turn form and cuff supports are available for high slot fill stators.
4. The BWS-10 is electrically and pneumatically controlled,with no hydraulics. This system features automatic winding and stator handling,downloaded specifications and simple quick lamination tooling changeovers.
5. This CID-10 system is shown with the alliance H-Paper Automatic inject station, for placing the H papers between layers in a 3phase stator

13. Capable of pulling up to two (2) #19 AWG, 0.95mm, wires in parallel (may be different sizes.)

15. Includes wire feeds from machine to wire spools. Customer to specify either ceramic eyelets or spring lined plastic tubing.
16. Fully electronically adjustable turn count, coilform jump, upper tooling index, and lead length control from the computer specification routine.
