Step 1: The insulation paper is first cut with a beveled leading edge and then fed into the folding unit, where the paper edges are pre-folded to ensure smooth insertion.
Step 2: The feeding rollers precisely advance the insulation paper into the forming cavity according to the preset length.
Step 3: The forming mechanism, driven by a linkage (or cam system), cuts the paper to length while simultaneously forming it into the required shape.
Step 4: An indexing motor drives the mold disc to rotate step by step, aligning the formed insulation paper with each stator slot.
Step 5: The inserting pusher, driven by a linkage mechanism, pushes the formed insulation paper into the stator slots, completing the insulation insertion process.
