This stator paper insertion machine is used to insert insulation paper into stator slots. Machine will firstly do the paper forming process by its tooling. The edge folded of insulation paper can be customized. Then it will insert the formed papaer into stator slot by slot. The whole process is done by machine automatically. Due to its easy operation and fast tooling change, this paper inserting machine greatly save labor cost and improve working efficiency.

Machine "Specialized Slot Insulation Machine for Medium-size Induction Motors" is used for inserting insulaton paper to stator slots automatically at one time, especially for stators with different slot shapes.
The tooling design is according to stator slots shape and dimension. Different kinds of tooling is available for stator prodction.

2. It can finish insulation paper insertion with one roll insulation paper at one time;
3. Automatic adjustment of paper length and width, paper cutting, cuff forming and inserting when inserting paper to different-size and different-shape slot;
4. Paper feeding and cutting are finished by servo motors;
5. Interpersonal interface sets required specific parameters;
6. Forming mold is adjustable to different slot sizes automatically;
7. Characterized by simple operation, low noise, fast speed and high automation.
8. Indexing can be configured with servo motors or stepper motors.
